This letter is to all who made a house, our home.

We started our journey in Florida in early 2009, not knowing anyone, or anything about Florida. We had purchased two canal lots six years ago then decided to build a home on them. Thanks to our realtor Karen Starr, we were introduced to Gary from D.M. Dean. Gary was more than a pleasure to work with, basically putting together a package deal for us. Just looking at plans, I could not envision my home, so Gary arranged for us to view a similar home that they had built. Thanks to this kind gesture, I have my new beautiful home.

We were here in March of 2009 to sign contracts but, we had to go back to Massachusetts, leaving everything in D.M. Dean's hands with Dec.09 as a completion date. As a rule, we all know, you should not just leave builders in charge and then go home. Well with this company you can! They helped us make new decisions with communications by phone and e-mail. , Matt e-mailed photos as progress started and until the project was completed.

My husband flew down in August 2009, upon D.M. Dean's request for a final check of everything. Everything was excellent and as we had expected. Well, to our surprise, our house was finished in October of 09, not December 09. We were excited!

Even though we had only just met Gary, Matt and Mark, and they have made us feel like family. They are wonderful people, honest, and believe me, you can trust them!

This is a difficult situation for someone out of state be in, building a home long distance. My husband and myself have nothing but praise for D.M. Dean. My house has been shown by Mark and Matt several times. They are sending someone to film a virtual tour so you can see my home on the web site. Mark, Matt and Gary are proud of the final product, and so are we. Again, I can't thank all of you enough for everything!

If you are considering a detached garage or any other type of building project, I would highly recommend this contractor. Not only were they the lowest bidder but the workmanship was of the highest quality. I was very pleased with all their subcontractors during construction and their attention to the smallest details. The project was completed weeks before the estimated completion date as contracted. Also all county inspectors spoke highly of this company and even commented that I could not have chosen a better contractor to build my new garage. So, if you need some work done, give Mark Dean a call. This energetic young man and his job supervisor Dave Cormier are dedicated to their customers.
